Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao, under gaming License number 1668/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming, authorised and regulated by the Government of Curacao. 24winnerbet is operated by GLS Enterprises Ltd acting as a Merchant of Record and as a payment processor, GLS Enterprises Ltd, a company incorporated under the Laws of Cyprus (under Licence Number HE343330) with registered at Arch. Makariou III, 1-7, MITSI building No.3, Flat/Office 206, 1065, Nicosia. TC Gaming N.V is a subsidiary of GLS Enterprises Ltd.
1.2 - These Terms and Conditions (T&C) constitute a binding agreement between You (the User), and 24winnerbet.
1.3 -These T&C come into force as soon as You click on the "Confirm" button, by doing which You signify to 24winnerbet that You have read these T&C and accept them. By using any part of the Website You signify that You agree with these T&C.
1.4 - You must read these T&C carefully in their entirety before clicking on the "Confirm" button. If You do not agree with any provision of these T&C You must not use or continue to use the Website.
1.5 - You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as may be amended by us from time to time.

1.8 - These T&C are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between You and 24winnerbet and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.

They are also obliged to check the news, the odds variations, authorisations, annulling of the coupons, etc. TC Gaming NV declines every responsibility if contentions should occur due to the non-reading or late reading of the internal messageson behalf of the user. No compensation will therefore have to be paid byTC Gaming NV if the non-reading causes damages or other.
2.1 - Registration and opening of Your User account:
2.1.1 - In order to participate in any of 24winnerbet gaming products for real money, You must first register with 24winnerbet, open an account ("User Account") and place money into Your User Account in the way indicated on the payments page. The minimum deposit amount is that of 10 €. (for further details refer to "Deposits" section. Only one User Account for each household is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, 24winnerbet must be informed by the users residing in the aforementioned household.
2.1.2. - If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, 24winnerbet may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should 24winnerbet decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with 24winnerbet, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. 24winnerbet will immediately close any additional accounts opened by the User and any funds deducted maybe passed onto the relevant authorities.
2.1.3 - A request to open a User Account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to 24winnerbet online. 24winnerbet reserves the right to refuse to open a User Account.
2.1.4 - You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, in particular, Your identity, Your address and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, Your place of residence, relevant payment information, all of which must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby warrant to 24winnerbet that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that 24winnerbet carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players depositing money. You may be requested to provide 24winnerbet with documents, such as a copy of the passport / identification document. Your User Account may be blocked or closed if You do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found false or misleading.
2.1.5. - You shall keep up to date the information and immediately notify us of any change to the information provided during registration.
2.1.6. As part of the registration process You will have to choose Your username and password for Your login into the Website. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. 24winnerbet is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your User Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.
2.1.7. You are not allowed to transfer funds from Your User Account to other players or to receive money from other players into Your User Account. Once the form reaches 24winnerbet, the User will receive an email to the email address listed on the registration form, and within the email the User will have a unique link/code which the User needs to click on to finalise the registration.
3.1. - You may participate on any of the products offered by 24winnerbet only if You have sufficient funds on Your User Account.
3.2. - 24winnerbet does not grant any credit for the use of its services.
3.3. - All information required to deposit funds into Your User Account, can be found under "My Account" and "Cashier" pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified in these pages as they may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
3.4. - Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see "My Account" and "Cashier" for each deposit method. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
3.5. - We accept payments made in EUR. Any payments received by 24winnerbet in a currency other than EUR will be converted into EUR at the prevailing exchange rate. Please note that any loss due to exchange rate fluctuation shall be borne by You.
3.6. - When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when 24winnerbet has received an approval and authorisation code. Should 24winnerbet not receive such authorisation Your account will not be credited with those funds.
3.7. - 24winnerbet reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your User Account.
3.8. - Credit balances in Your User Account will not bear interest and you shall not treat 24winnerbet as a financial institution.
3.9. Dormant & Inactive Accounts
3.9.1. - An account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance, shall be considered an Inactive Account. If the account has not been accessed for 30months, than it will be considered as a dormant account. 24winnerbet will contact any player whose account has become inactive. If, after 12 months since last login, we are unable to contact you, 24winnerbet will charge a Eur 5.00 per month administrative fee on your account and shall use reasonable efforts to contact you. Once your account becomes dormant and we have been unable to contact you, 24winnerbet, in accordance with the applicable law, shall close your account.
Account verification & Pay-outs
4.1. - All accounts will undergo verification checks as required by ourselves or by third parties such as regulatory bodies to confirm the age, identity and contact details to prevent money laundering.
4.2. - If the player deposits more than 2,000 EUR or equal in any other currency and/or requests a withdrawal, we require the following documentation:

4.5 - Any attempt to elude the security checks will result in the closure of the account.

4.7 24winnerbet does not send money to other accounts than the one that has made a deposit. During the withdraw process 24winnerbet verifies that the person receiving a withdraw is the same person who has made a deposit.
4.8. - When the outcome of a Game You participate in becomes determined or, where applicable, 24winnerbet has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be held for the use of Your User Account.
4.9. - If 24winnerbet mistakenly credits Your User Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of 24winnerbet and the amount will be transferred from Your User Account. If prior to 24winnerbet becoming aware of the error You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to 24winnerbet. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify 24winnerbet immediately by email.
4.10. - 24winnerbet will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of two thousand euro and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower pay-outs.
4.11 - Credit cards that are issued in a different country than the customer country are monitored separately for any fraudulent activity.
4.12 Any suspicious activity of money laundering will be forwarded to the AML Compliance Officer and reported to the respective authorities.
5.1. - You may at your own discretion choose to exclude yourself from any products offered on the website by visiting "Options" section of your account.
5.2. - Players may request to exclude themselves from playing any types of games (and receive more information about the types of games involved in the exclusion) by directing their request to customer support through internal messaging or by sending an email to the email address provided in the ‘Contact’ section of the website. 6.1. - You may withdraw any amount up to the "Account balance" balance in Your User account, minus fees and conditions related to bonuses and subject to any relevant withdrawal fees, by issuing 24winnerbet with a valid notice of withdrawal from the website.
6.2. - Notices for withdrawals will only be accepted via the Website. 24winnerbet will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail.
6.3. - For Your protection You may only withdraw the maximum amount of Euro 50,000 weekly unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.
6.4. - 24winnerbet offers a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. Any winnings below the above-stated level can be withdrawn through the method chosen by you for deposit. For the current fees for withdrawals, see "Withdrawal" section for the different methods. In addition, Your own bank may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.
6.5. - 24winnerbet reserves the right to credit You back using the same method as You have previously deposited with.
6.6. - 24winnerbet may request identification documents prior processing any withdrawal request.
6.7. - In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your User Account, You shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.
7.1. - You may close Your account at any time and 24winnerbet will return to You any and all funds from Your User Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. You may close Your User Account from the website directly or by contacting customer support via email or via the internal messaging system (email address used by You for such communication/s should be the same as listed on Your User Account prior to the request for closing the User Account). The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the T&C. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the You should indicate it in Your written request.
7.2. - The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.
7.3. - 24winnerbet reserves the right to close Your User Account and to refund to You the "Account balance" balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at 24winnerbet absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. If the same should reopen an account (without written authorisation from the 24winnerbet) using his own name or under other false pretence or name of others the 24winnerbet reserves the right to close the account retaining the funds for a period of one year.
7.4 - If You do not log onto Your User Account via the internet, using Your "User Name" and "Password" for a period of one (1) year, all balances may be removed from Your account after a notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address.
7.5. - 24winnerbet reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 3 months from the date when they were awarded.
7.6. - Bonuses at 24winnerbet can only be received ONCE per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, school, public library, workplace, etc.). 24winnerbet reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.
8.1. - You hereby declare and warrant that:

9.1. We urge you to act with responsibility in setting limits for gambling on our website. Auto limitation facility enables customers to limit the amount of money that they can transfer to their bet account, casino account and poker account as well as the Daily wager limit.
