How do I access my account?

Once you have opened an account, you can access it by entering your user name and password in the login area (in the upper right corner on our website) and clicking the arrow button or by hitting the “Enter key” on your keyboard.

How can I change my password / time zone / favorite leagues?

You can change your personal details and preferences by going to ‘Options’ in the main menu bar. Select ‘Preferences’ to change time zone and add or delete favorite leagues; select ‘Profile’ to change address, mobile, fax or language and select ‘Change Password’ to change password.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password you must click on the link "Forgot password?" (in the upper right corner on our website), insert your username and e-mail and click on "Submit Request". Your new password will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. If you have any difficulties please Contact Us at customer care. Once we have established your identity, and you have correctly answered personal security questions, we will email you your new password.

What currencies can I fund my account with?

You can manage your account in any one of our listed currencies: 

  • Euros (EUR) 
  • United States Dollars (USD) 
  • UK Pounds (GBP)

What if I entered incorrect personal information during my registration?

If you need to correct information that you have entered, you can do this by going to ‘Options’ and selecting 'Profile'. Some details like 'Username' and 'Name' which were used to register your account cannot be altered for security reasons. If you discover a discrepancy you should contact customer care immediately after registration to have the error rectified.

How do I contact you?

Our Customer Care team is available 24 hours a day via our internal ‘Message Centre’, Email and Telephone. Our friendly team offers support and assistance with all queries regarding our products, services and your account. They will gladly answer all your questions and help you with any problems that may occur. How to contact our support team is explained in detail in the Contact Us help section.

What methods of deposit and withdrawal do you offer?

Please refer to our Deposits and Withdrawals help sections. They contain all the necessary information on the types of payment and the basic terms and conditions (minimum deposit, fees, etc.)

What is the Daily Wager Limit?

This facility enables customers to limit the amount of money that they are able to wager online from their account on a daily basis. This limit can be set from the section ‘Options’ in ‘Options’.  This limit may be revised downwards at any time but any increase will only be implemented after 7 days following the request. Our customer care staff will be happy to provide any further information required but are unable to override limits set by customers.

What are Transfer Limits?

This facility enables customers to limit the amount of money that they are able to transfer to their bet account, casino account and poker account. These amounts may be revised at any time from the section ‘Options’ in ‘Options’ by changing the percentage from 100% up to a minimum of 10% against the Maximum Value set by default. These limits may be revised downwards at any time but any increase will only be implemented after 7 days following the request. Our customer care staff will be happy to provide any further information required but are unable to override limits set by customers.

Activate / Deactivate Services

This facility enables customers to Deactivate services such as Bet, Casino, Casino Live and Poker with a single click! This function is found in the section ‘Options’ in ‘Options’.

Suspend or Close Account

In ‘Options’ you also find the function ‘Close Account’. This facility enables customers to Suspend Account for up to 30 or 60 days or to Close Account permanently. 

 

Attention - (1) Please note that once suspended, the action is not reversible in any way; (2) If you decide to close your account, this cannot be reopened in any way.

Other Options

Immediate Printing is another function found in the section ‘Options’ in ‘Options’. This facility if ticked enables the betting slip to be printed immediately after being played. In this area one can also find the option Preview. This facility if ticked enables the betting slip to be viewed before printing. Other options also include Automatic reset.

How do I check my account activity?

In the section ‘Account’ in the main menu bar you will find the directory ‘Account Activity’ which allows customers to view their account activity history by date, transaction type or keyword.

How do I view results?

To view results please refer to our ‘Results’ section in the main menu bar (in the upper right corner on our website). Checking results is very fast and easy – from the drop down menus just select the Sport, Country / Federation, League and Date and click on the button “Find”.

How do I view my tickets?

The ‘Tickets’ section is found in the main menu bar (in the upper right corner on our website). This section enables customers to view all the history of the tickets played from the account. Just select the date and status of the ticket and click on the button “Find”!

If I want to print odds what should I do?

In the main menu bar the section ‘Print Odds’ enables customers to print odds. We made it very easy for all those odd fanatics to generate and print the odds in 4 easy steps: 

 

  • Select the sport; 
  • Select the date range and click “Update”; 
  • Select the league(s) and click “Next”; 
  • Select the specified odds and click “Generate PDF”. 

 

In this area you can also find a Printable Events List which contains all the odds categorized per Sport in PDF format which are easy to download and print (Please note that printable lists are updated every hour).

Which web browser should I use?

We strongly recommend you use one of the newer versions of Internet Explorer to take advantage of all the sites features. Please refer to our 'Technical' help section. It contains all the necessary technical information.

Is my data protected?

State-of-the-art security measures are used. All transactions containing sensitive information between your browser and our servers are encrypted. During communications with your web browser your data will be protected by the reliable and proven encoding technology of VeriSign.

Is my deposited money safe?

Yes, all customers’ deposits are held in a bank account and are kept separately from the operational accounts.
