21.1. Accepted Bets
21.1.1. - A Bet can only be placed by the User through his/her User Account.
21.1.2. - Any Bet/s placed by the User shall be charged to the User's account.
21.1.3. - A Bet can only be accepted if the User Account has sufficient funds to match the Bet being placed.
21.1.4. - A Bet is a fixed odd Bet, meaning that the odds considered are those proposed when the bet has effectively been placed, unless other arrangements have been made;
21.1.5. - Any Bet is always accepted at 24winnerbet discretion, with regards to the total there could be fixed discretional limits.
21.1.6. - In the case of disputes, 24winnerbet will not consider any printed material presented by the User that is not issued by 24winnerbet and/or cannot be found on 24winnerbet database/s.
21.1.7. - All bets placed are subject to acceptance by 24winnerbet. They cannot be subject to any variation (unless expressly indicated by the 24winnerbet).
21.1.8. - To be valid a bet must respect the minimum selections established for that specific event.
21.1.9. - Bet placed for Event Combinations belonging to different sports must be authorized by the 24winnerbet. In such case the minimum selections will correspond to the sport with the highest minimum number of selections.
21.1.10. - It is not permitted to bet on a single event unless 24winnerbet expressly indicates it’s on the website.
21.1.11. - It is not permitted to include more than one bet relative to the same event unless expressly authorized by 24winnerbet.
21.1.12. - The only abbreviations valid to specify a bet are those indicated in the section 'Sportsbook'.
21.1.13. - €0.50 cents is the minimum amount to be placed both for single or multiple bets.
21.1.14. - It is not possible to place multiple bets where a single result will affect the results of the others.
21.1.15. - Single bets accepted after the off-time of an event will be considered void, while in multiple bets the bet corresponding to that specific event will be considered void.
21.1.16. - Bets that do not respect the above mentioned rules, that are inadvertently accepted and thus infringe the rules or are altered by printing errors, or inverted by error, will be considered void and the corresponding amount refunded.
21.1.17. - The corresponding odds to single events are subject to variations, corrections or suspensions. If publication or odd definition errors should arise from mistakes in copying, the 24winnerbet reserves the right to modify the incorrect odds even after the final result. The user will be informed straight away of such corrections by consulting the news on the site or the internal message centre. On single slips, if such corrections should occur before the off-time of the event, the user can ask to void the slip. On no combo, permutation or combo slips the request must be made before the off time of any of the events contained in the slip.
21.1.18. - Dates, times, live scores and results of events published by the 24winnerbet are to be considered merely of indicative value, thus the results taken into consideration will be those published by the relevant Sporting Body at the end of the event. Any other subsequent modification of the result will have no effect on the bets. Hence disputes based on data and times reported in newspapers or other media will not be considered.
21.1.19. - It is not permitted to split a multiple bet or systems in order to bypass the maximum stake allowed for each single sport, eventual winnings will be void.
21.1.20. - It is not permitted to split a multiple bet or systems in order to bypass the maximum winning amount per slip which is € 10.000,00 or equivalent in other currencies, eventual winnings will be void.
21.1.21. - If the starting time or the published date of an event should be brought forward the bets placed before the actual off-time will be considered valid.
21.1.22. - Should a bet be placed with the evident intent of defrauding 24winnerbet because the player already knows the result of the event, 24winnerbet reserves the right to cancel the winning ticket, close the account and to keep the funds for the period of one year. 24winnerbet reserves the right to inform the relevant authorities of such suspicion.
21.1.23. - A variation in the venue of an event, thus modifying the 24winnerbet long list, or the holding of an event on a neutral venue, gives the 24winnerbet the right to modify the odds and/or consider the event void. For any matters not expected and not predictable 24winnerbet will publish through the website, its decision/s taken in respect to the unexpected and/or unpredictable changes.
21.1.24. - If a fixed event on a neutral venue to be held has the venue changed to a non-neutral venue, 24winnerbet reserves the right to modify the odds and/or consider the event void.
21.1.25. - In the case of complaints regarding an event and the User wishing to see the recording of the corresponding event, all expenses incurred, including mailing expenses will be paid for by the User.
21.1.26. - The 24winnerbet reserves the right to accept in full, not to accept or to partially accept the requested bets sent by the users.
21.1.27. - The rules for special bets will be disclosed from time to time with the means normally used by the 24winnerbet.
21.1..28. - Bets on antepost will be considered lost should one of the participants in any event pull out for any reason before the competition takes place.
21.1.29. - In the event of an appeal by the User on an event, bet or odds, 24winnerbet will not accept any material presented by the User which is not an official document produced by 24winnerbet and/or cannot be traced against 24winnerbet databases.
21.1.30. - If a recording should not exist the official results to be taken into consideration are always those, however, published by the relevant Sporting Body / Federation.
21.1.31. - Each User is obliged to verify that the bets listed on the 24winnerbet on-line affiliates sites correspond to those really placed and to communicate eventual errors straight away.
21.1.32. - Complaints regarding specific sporting events should be forwarded to the Parnter's headquarters within 8 days of the event. After such time, said complaints will be overruled.
21.1.33. - The maximum winnings for every single bet or combination is equal to € 10.000,00 (ten thousand euros) per slip.
21.1.34. - The maximum daily winnings for each promoter /affiliate / User is €25.000 (twenty five thousand euros), regardless of the number of slips placed.
21.1.35. - 24winnerbet reserves the right to void winnings as an outcome of agreements made between the account holder and third parties to evade the 24winnerbet rules (as published on the website from time to time).
21.1.36. - Winnings will automatically be calculated and credited to the user's account the moment the bet placed has been declared won. To collect the winnings the user will have to use the means offered by the 24winnerbeti published on the site.
21.1.37. - The calculation of a winning bet is made on the odds which were displayed at the time the bet was accepted.
21.1.38. - In the case of a draw result between participants of the same event, the winnings will be calculated by dividing the odds by the number of participants placed with equal merit.
21.1.39. - The odds of a null event is equal to 1.00, in an event that the bet was placed singularly the amount bet placed will be refunded.
21.1.40. - If a single bet wins, the amount of the winnings will be the same as the stake multiplied by the odds of the bet itself.
21.1.41. - If a multiple bet wins, the amount of the winnings will be the same as the stake multiplied by the combined odds.
21.1.42 - In the case where any amount should erroneously be credited to a users account, the user is obliged to communicate this to the 24winnerbet, any winnings obtained from this error will be considered void.
21.1.43 - In the case no information is available to determine the result of a specified bet type, 24winnerbet reserves the right to consider/Settle the bet type as Void.
21.1.44 - Any bet/s placed with the intent to defraud the 24winnerbet by or through other bookmakers, user syndicates, associations, groups of friends or relations or on the advice of other persons, will be invalidated by the 24winnerbet and the corresponding funds will be kept for the period of one year.
