Your User Account
2.1 - Registration and opening of Your User account:
2.1.1 - In order to participate in any of 24winnerbet gaming products for real money, You must first register with 24winnerbet, open an account ("User Account") and place money into Your User Account in the way indicated on the payments page. The minimum deposit amount is that of 10 €. (for further details refer to "Deposits" section. Only one User Account for each household is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, 24winnerbet must be informed by the users residing in the aforementioned household.
2.1.2. - If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, 24winnerbet may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should 24winnerbet decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with 24winnerbet, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. 24winnerbet will immediately close any additional accounts opened by the User and any funds deducted maybe passed onto the relevant authorities.
2.1.3 - A request to open a User Account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to 24winnerbet online. 24winnerbet reserves the right to refuse to open a User Account.
2.1.4 - You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, in particular, Your identity, Your address and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, Your place of residence, relevant payment information, all of which must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby warrant to 24winnerbet that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that 24winnerbet carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players depositing money. You may be requested to provide 24winnerbet with documents, such as a copy of the passport / identification document. Your User Account may be blocked or closed if You do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found false or misleading.
2.1.5. - You shall keep up to date the information and immediately notify us of any change to the information provided during registration.
2.1.6. As part of the registration process You will have to choose Your username and password for Your login into the Website. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. 24winnerbet is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your User Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.
2.1.7. You are not allowed to transfer funds from Your User Account to other players or to receive money from other players into Your User Account. Once the form reaches 24winnerbet, the User will receive an email to the email address listed on the registration form, and within the email the User will have a unique link/code which the User needs to click on to finalise the registration.
Terms and Conditions of Use of Services
3.1. - You may participate on any of the products offered by 24winnerbet only if You have sufficient funds on Your User Account.
3.2. - 24winnerbet does not grant any credit for the use of its services.
3.3. - All information required to deposit funds into Your User Account, can be found under "My Account" and "Cashier" pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified in these pages as they may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
3.4. - Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see "My Account" and "Cashier" for each deposit method. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
3.5. - We accept payments made in EUR. Any payments received by 24winnerbet in a currency other than EUR will be converted into EUR at the prevailing exchange rate. Please note that any loss due to exchange rate fluctuation shall be borne by You.
3.6. - When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when 24winnerbet has received an approval and authorisation code. Should 24winnerbet not receive such authorisation Your account will not be credited with those funds.
3.7. - 24winnerbet reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your User Account.
3.8. - Credit balances in Your User Account will not bear interest and you shall not treat 24winnerbet as a financial institution.
3.9. Dormant & Inactive Accounts
3.9.1. - An account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance, shall be considered an Inactive Account. If the account has not been accessed for 30months, than it will be considered as a dormant account. 24winnerbet will contact any player whose account has become inactive. If, after 12 months since last login, we are unable to contact you, 24winnerbet will charge a Eur 5.00 per month administrative fee on your account and shall use reasonable efforts to contact you. Once your account becomes dormant and we have been unable to contact you, 24winnerbet, in accordance with the applicable law, shall close your account.
Withdrawals from Your User Account
6.1. - You may withdraw any amount up to the "Account balance" balance in Your User account, minus fees and conditions related to bonuses and subject to any relevant withdrawal fees, by issuing 24winnerbet with a valid notice of withdrawal from the website.
6.2. - Notices for withdrawals will only be accepted via the Website. 24winnerbet will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail.
6.3. - For Your protection You may only withdraw the maximum amount of Euro 50,000 weekly unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.
6.4. - 24winnerbet offers a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. Any winnings below the above-stated level can be withdrawn through the method chosen by you for deposit. For the current fees for withdrawals, see "Withdrawal" section for the different methods. In addition, Your own bank may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.
6.5. - 24winnerbet reserves the right to credit You back using the same method as You have previously deposited with.
6.6. - 24winnerbet may request identification documents prior processing any withdrawal request.
6.7. - In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your User Account, You shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.
Bonuses & Promotions
23.1. - 24winnerbet maintains a strict policy of only one account per customer and use internal security systems to identify these. To avoid abuse we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to provide bonuses in one or more of the following circumstances: (1) accounts sharing IP addresses; (2) accounts belonging to the same family and/or household; (3) accounts sharing a common contact detail or identifier (e.g. email address, telephone number, credit/debit card number or other payment methods such as Moneybookers , Neteller, Paysafecard Envoy, Postepay); (4) multiple accounts belonging to the same person; (5) breach of any of our bonus terms and conditions; (6) evidence of collusion between customers in placing of bets.

Sharing of 24winnerbet or controlling more than one account is not allowed. This offer and other promotions are intended for recreational players, only 24winnerbet reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to withdraw bonuses and resulting profits and keep deposits to cover any losses if any term of promotion is breached.
23.3. - 24winnerbet reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 6 month from the date when they were awarded.

23.17. - If 24winnerbet suspects that player has committed bonus abuse, either on his own, or in association with partners, 24winnerbet reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and void any winnings.
