If you have deposited via Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Prepaid Cards, all withdrawals will be processed via a direct payment on your Credit Card/Debit Card/Prepaid Card account (except for deposits made by other circuits). Simply click on "Withdrawals" and select ‘Credit/ Debit Card/ Prepaid Card’, enter the details correctly in the spaces provided and click "Transfer". Very important that all fields with (*) must be filled in to process the withdrawal request.
Please note that the withdrawal request via direct payment on your Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card the funds may take up to 4-5 business days to reach your bank account prior acceptance of the withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 euro and the maximum amount is that of 1000 euro for amounts exceeding these limits the withdrawal must be requested via bank transfer. We reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 3€ for every withdrawal request.
In order to withdraw via this method you are requested to send us a copy of the following documents:
• A valid identification document Driving Licence or Government issued ID (front & back);
• A recent (i.e. within 3 months) Utility Bill or Bank Statement clearly indicating Name and Address.
• A signed copy of all the credit cards (front and back) used to fund your account showing the first 6 and last 4 digits present on the front of the cards. Please ensure the last 3 digits (CVV) at the back of the card are hidden and the credit card copy is signed.
• We will not accept unclear or illegible documentation. Documentation must be provided in Latin / Roman alphabet. Additional documentation can be requested for further verification.
*To be able to perform a Credit Card withdrawal you need to have used the said card as the method of deposit. Withdrawal will be processed 24 hours after the deposited funds have been cleared.

Winnings can only be withdrawn to the Skrill account used to deposit. The minimum amount withdrawable is euro 50 and the maximum is euro 5000 daily.
